Health & Safety:
Masks are optional at this time.
Children showing signs of illness will be separated from the group and parents will be called for pick up.
Food is not provided at Crafternoon.
Frequent hand washing is enforced.
Cleaning of the facility is done daily.
Crafternoon ATX is a safe space for children to express themselves. Bullying, abusive language and physical altercations will not be tolerated. Teachers will act accordingly to handle situations that occur during class and camps in the most appropriate matter. Our staff hold the right to dismiss any students from attending our classes and camps.
Classroom doors are kept lock during hours of operation.
Cancellation Policies:
After School Cancellation
Crafternoon classes are non refundable, but we are happy to reschedule you into a different class in case of a conflict. Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to class to receive full credit.
No-call no-shows will not be considered for class credit.
Camp Cancellation
If you need to cancel (prior to the 45 days before your start date) we will refund in full amount minus a $50 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within the 45 days of the camp start date or late notice are non-refundable.

Day Camp Cancellation
If you need to cancel (prior to the 25 days before your start date) we will refund in full amount minus a $20 non-refundable deposit per child. Cancellations made within the 25 days of the camp start date or late notice are non-refundable.
