    In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn a creative way to save your clothing! This beginner friendly, step-by-step guided lesson will introduce the basics of patchwork, hand sewing skills and simple embroidery. Bring a garment to repair and enjoy snacks and refreshments while you work!

    Create a thoughtfully designed chocolate gift box in this hands-on workshop in partnership with Cinful Sweets. You’ll work with a curated selection of locally made chocolates while learning how to style, arrange, and package them into a polished, gift-ready presentation.

About Crafternoon
ATX

A creative, inclusive space to explore, connect, and grow.

Located in the heart of Austin, Texas, Crafternoon ATX is a creative art studio offering nature-inspired workshops for all ages. Founded in 2017 by teaching artist Camille Lema, what began as a small pop-up has grown into a welcoming space that encourages creativity, celebrates diversity, and builds a connection to nature. Our teaching artists support children ages 5-13 in social-emotional learning, life skills, community, and self-expression through a variety of art mediums.

At Crafternoon ATX, we believe creativity is more than making art—it’s a way for children to understand themselves, connect with others, and grow with confidence. As a nature-focused art studio serving young artists ages 5–12, we’ve always been committed to nurturing imagination, community, and essential life skills through hands-on play and creative exploration.

Now, we’re ready to plant something new and meaningful in our studio:
an after-school Spanish Immersion Art Program—and we need your help to make it bloom.

As we continue moving forward, fundraising remains important for our growth. Our program wishes to offer resources to families and improve our learning space. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to making this dream a reality. Your support truly makes a difference!
