Austin Studio Tour 2025

Call for Youth Artist, Local Artists, Vendors & Volunteers!

We invite you to be part of our first annual Community Art Show for this year’s Austin Studio Tour happening November 8-9 & 15-16.

Guests will find an inspiring atmosphere filled with colorful, imaginative artwork created by children alongside captivating pieces from talented local artists. This event offers a unique blend of creativity and community, where visitors can explore an art vendor market featuring handcrafted goods and original works as well as activities for all ages. There will be live music and a variety of food and beverage options inviting guests to relax, mingle, and enjoy the festive vibe. It’s a family-friendly celebration of artistic expression and culture.

Sep. 14 | Blanton All Day

We are back at the Blanton for a craft pop-up from 1pm-4pm!
Join us in a fantasy map-making project fun for all ages.
Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Sep. 20 | Dream Zine Workshop

Students will make their own zines with guest artist Olwyn Moxhay Art! Learn 3 book binding techniques and collage with different images, materials, and words to reflect our dreams and goals for the future!
This workshop is for ages 9-13. Parent participation optional.

Oct. 4 | Intro To Printmaking

This beginner-friendly class will introduce kids to an accessible, DIY method of screen printing with guest instructor, Brittany of Pie Chart Press!

About Crafternoon
ATX

A creative, inclusive space for kids to explore, connect, and grow.

Located in the heart of Austin, Texas, Crafternoon ATX serves kids ages 5–13 with nature-focused art workshops and programs. What started in 2017 as a pop-up workshop by teaching artist Camille Lema has grown into a vibrant studio that inspires creativity, celebrates diversity, and fosters a love for our Mother Earth. Our teaching artists focus on social and emotional learning, practical life skills, community building and healthy forms of expressions through various mediums.

We’re excited to announce that Crafternoon has a new home! Thanks to the incredible support of our community, this program has grown beyond anything we imagined.

Our vision has been to build a vibrant classroom where children, educators, and community members can come together to share knowledge, spark creativity, and thrive.

As we continue moving forward, fundraising remains important for our growth. Our program wishes to offer resources to families and improve our new learning space. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to making this dream a reality. Your support truly makes a difference!
