We are an earth-focused art studio, offering unique art programming to children ages 5-12. Crafternoon ATX is a safe space for kids to learn about themselves through creativity, learn how to be apart of community and care for the nature that surrounds us. Our studio supports artists and educators of color, indigenous instructors and herbalists, and members of the LGBTQIA+ to lead workshops and camps. Students are inspired by stories, immersed in culture, exploring the outdoors and learning through play. Small camp groups allow our teachers to make personal connections with the children and their families. We want to offer the best guidance and care each of us can give.

We are excited to announce our new, soon-to-be location at 1603 E 38th 1/2 St in January 2025. Our team needs your support to make this dream a reality. Every donation brings us a little closer to our massive goal.

We did it! We made it through our Texas summer break! Campers and teachers worked so hard to make this production happen. They built a puppet stage, created characters, learned about animation and put their acting skills to the test. Check out our We are almost done for the summer and boy, what a summer it has been! "Art In Nature" was a week to explore natural dyes to paint with, the lives of insects, DIY bug repellents using plants, a ceramics workshop and even bath potions using Clay All Day! 👨‍🎨👩‍🎨 Last week was clay week and we formed excellent relationships and molded a new skills! We made pencil holders, Pout Pout fish, mugs and tons of polymer and air dry charms! Starting today, we are having our Art in 🖼🖌👨‍🎨 Crafternoon's Wonderful World of Colors was such a success! We had such a wonderful time with all these colorful students too! We still have space in our upcoming Nature Camp where the students will learn how to use nature for art tool Camp Crafternoon has been a BLAST. So much time spent crafting, playing with water and mud, solving mysteries, playing games and making new friends. There's still space for new campers!
